Eva Kozlowska is a dedicated attorney with years of experience in immigration and nationality law. She is a graduate of Pace University School of Law, where she took part in the Immigration Justice Clinic and was the recipient of the Outstanding Clinical Student Award. Ms. Kozlowska began her immigration career as an associate at two of New York City’s busiest immigration law firms. In 2009, she launched the Law Offices of Eva Kozlowska, PLLC. In her busy solo practice, she has successfully represented thousands before United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and Immigration Courts in several states, including New York, New Jersey, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida and California. Ms. Kozlowska currently serves on the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the New York City Bar Association and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association. She has lectured on how to practice immigration law as well as how to run a successful solo practice.
Ms. Kozlowska handles all types of cases on behalf of immigrants desiring to become lawful residents of the United States.
